Mercedes-Benz China Fashion Week AW/13 was held in Beijing from 25-31 March at the Beijing Hotel with a spectacular menswear lineup.
Menswear shows included Septwolves & Huayi Bros, Dancing, Dancing Wolves, Vlov by Wu Qingqing, Simon Gao, Zeng Fengfei, and Edenbo.
One of the most outstanding runway shows, in my opinion, was that of Simon Gao, who, known for draping luxurious fabrics, presented a collection of androgynous looks with a touch of unisex rock ‘n’ roll.
Born 1981, Simon Gao embarked on a course of foreign studies at the mere age of 15, graduating from Raffles-BCIT International Fashion College with a major in Fashion Branding Management.
Simon launched his eponymous label in 2009.
